Responsibilities
- Manage operations for social media channels such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc., responsible for account management, comment and DM moderation, content planning and execution, copywriting, and content scheduling.
- Assist with social media reporting on a bi-monthly and quarterly basis, analyzing both organic and paid initiatives, determining and tracking KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media to maintain Halara's competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create original content and campaigns that align with business goals, brand standards, and content calendars.
- Assist with content production projects for in-house brand content on social media.
- Ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Assist to develop strategies for brand and product promotion, community engagement, and influencer collaborations on various social platforms, aimed at increasing visibility and engagement, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, or public relations.
- 3-8 years of experience managing social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to stay on top of and actively participate in social trends and an understanding of the nuances of each social platform.
- Skilled in analyzing social media metrics and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
- Must have experience using Meta Business Manager, Dash Hudson, or other social media management and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and building a community around a brand.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in critical thinking and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An interest in/passion for fashion, apparel, and activewear brands.
