Job Description

A highly regarded global investment management firm is seeking a paralegal to join thier team in Miami.

Key Responsibilities

• This role with focus on supporting Legal team on tech solutions, organizational trackers and corporate funding documents.
• Assist global Legal team (based in London, Miami and Singapore) with all elements of legal responsibilities
• Assist with early-stage transactional documents, including NDAs, engagement letters, consultancy agreements, offer letters, funding documents, release and reliance letters (and coordination with outside counsel on the same)
• Work with compliance and corporate secretarial function on entity incorporations, company register maintenance, funding pushdowns and associated corporate documentation
• Organization and saving of legal documentation in the SharePoint documentation management system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Foreign law degree a plus
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Legal experience of a transactional nature
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Adept with Windows software applications, particularly SharePoint, and able to learn new software applications quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
