Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer at the Khrista Jarvis Team is responsible for defining our visual identity in the luxury real estate market. In this role, you'll create clear, engaging marketing materials—from property brochures to digital content—that effectively represent our brand and appeal to high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution 

Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content for digital and print platforms. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including but not limited to:

  • Property brochures
  • Email blasts
  • Paid SEM and social ads
  • Listing presentation updates
  • Print advertisements
  • Organic social media graphics
  • Team magazine
  • Luxury market report

Brand Management

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Contribute to the development of branded materials such as brochures, property presentations, direct mail and video content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance and refine the company’s visual identity.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales agents, and franchise marketing group.

Revise and refine designs based on feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (luxury brand or real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (a plus but not required)
  • Basic HTML coding skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
