We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Lead to manage our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead strategic SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, hands-on experience overseeing SAP projects, and a deep understanding of SAP RISE and SAP GROW offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects across multiple business units.
• Oversee the PMO team to ensure alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate and manage project plans, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.
• Handle end-to-end RFP processes including preparation, response evaluation, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and best practices in line with SAP Activate methodology.
• Drive successful execution of SAP RISE and GROW engagements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 5 years in project management roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding and hands-on involvement in SAP RISE and/or SAP GROW projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working with global teams and managing remote/onshore-offshore delivery models.
• SAP Activate certification or experience using SAP Activate methodology.
• Background in both technical and functional SAP modules.
