Job Description

Our client, a leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Elmsford, NY
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Manage total quality compliance from raw materials to the consumer.
• Maintain product quality standards.
• Oversee all required permitting with governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with operations and sales management to improve quality indices.
• Ensure safety of all personnel within the department.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Technical or Food Science preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in the beverage industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements in food safety.
• Experience with ISO management systems or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate process improvements.
