We seek a talented Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications strategy, and content creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will help develop and execute marketing activities promoting the company’s products and services in English and Spanish. This role focuses on digital and physical collateral, social media, email marketing, and branded materials, with occasional support for events and trade shows. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the management team, vendors, and agencies to produce engaging content, maintain brand consistency, and explore opportunities to improve results through automation and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing and communications campaigns in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Manage and maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Create content for social media, email marketing, and digital and physical collateral such as sell sheets, presentation materials, and branded giveaways.
• Help optimize the company’s website for SEO and identify opportunities to increase traffic and generate leads.
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to produce videos, printed materials, and social media content.
• Coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics and branded materials.
• Create and distribute press releases as needed to communicate company updates.
• Stay up to date with AI tools and trends; proactively suggest opportunities to enhance marketing efforts through AI and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on content creation, communications, and social media.
• Proven experience managing brand identity and messaging across platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and website optimization best practices.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Canva or Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, and email marketing tools.
