Take your lifeguarding skills to the next level! We’re looking for Senior Lifeguards to step into a leadership role while ensuring a safe and enjoyable pool environment for our residents.

🏊 What You’ll Do:  

• Supervise and support lifeguard staff 
• Maintain pool safety and enforce policies 
• Assist with scheduling and daily operations 
• Handle resident concerns and provide top-notch customer service 
• Respond to emergencies and perform first aid when necessary 

📢 Requirements:  

• Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00/Hr.
• Must be 16+ years old  
• Current Lifeguard & CPR certification  
• Leadership skills & ability to manage schedules 
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays 
• Reliable transportation & strong communication skills 
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting 
• A commitment to safety and a positive attitude
