What You Will Do We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Project Management to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the globe. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in project management, business development, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful project execution from inception to completion. Oversee the development and execution of multiple construction projects worldwide, ensuring alignment with company goals, budget, and timelines. Develop and implement project strategies, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and consultants, to ensure seamless project coordination. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and local governments. Drive business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities and fostering partnerships. Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with international construction standards, local regulations, and sustainability best practices. Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement measures. Lead negotiations and contract management with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the project management team. What You Will Bring Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in project development and management, preferably within the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale international projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and P&L. Deep understanding of global construction regulations and industry standards. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with carbon dioxide removal or water management projects. Demonstrated experience or strong motivation to work at a startup characterized by its dynamic, fast-paced nature, where innovation, agility, and resourcefulness are key drivers for growth and success.
