Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location:   Bellmore, NY (Onsite)

Department: Intake  

Schedule: M-F (9am - 5pm)  

Team: Operations  

Superior: Ops Manager

Starting Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/Hr

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  

- Oversee incoming client communications via phone calls, emails, and/or text.  

- Manage outgoing prescriber communication.  

- Assist in pre-kitting processes.

Job Requirements:

- Customer Service Experience: Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information and effectively address customer inquiries.  

- Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in quickly assessing and resolving customer issues.  

- Customer-Focused Attitude: Dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining positive relationships.  

- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using various software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and other productivity tools.  

- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to team goals; open to learning new systems and processes as needed.  

- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining detailed records, and adhering to schedules.
