Overview:

Talk Radio 1210-AM WPHT in Philadelphia has openings for part-time Board Operators/Producers.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Job responsibilities:

• Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
• Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations
• Operating the board during local and syndicated talk radio programs and sports events
• Screening calls during local call-in shows
• Recording news, weather, and traffic feeds for broadcast
• Producing and running live station remotes
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

• Candidates should have a good working knowledge of current events.
• Applicants must be available nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Prior experience is a plus.
• A valid drivers license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicants own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
