• Implementing age-appropriate curriculum
• Preparing and organizing engaging learning materials
• Supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime to ensure safety and positivity

What You Get to Do:

• Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Monitor children’s progress and development
• Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming each day

Starting Pay: $12.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Are You Qualified?

Whether you have experience in schools or not, you might be the perfect fit for our team! The most important quality we seek is a genuine love for working with children. Many of our best educators come from diverse backgrounds, including customer service, healthcare, and retail.

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Professional Development Units / Credits (preferred)
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months)
• Prior experience with the assigned age group
• Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
