Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a part-time administrative associate to provide office support for the director of advising and serve as the first point of contact for students.
Duties include scheduling/coordinating events; creating and storing data files; assisting in the development of presentations, program reports and student announcements; providing customer service; and performing general office duties. This position is scheduled to work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Requirements include a high school diploma or the equivalent; two years of office experience; and excellent communication, organizational, human relations, teamwork, database, and Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) skills.
Preference will be given to applicants with an associate degree in office technology or another relevant field.
